Who we are
NymBiTe is a web development company working with businesses across seven industries, from e-commerce stores to healthcare practices to law firms.
We’re small by design. Larger agencies route projects through account managers, project coordinators, and layers of internal review, which is why a straightforward website takes them far longer than it needs to. We’ve removed those layers. When you work with us, you’re talking to the people writing the code and making the design decisions.
That structure is also why we can move fast on a standard business website. Fewer people means faster decisions, fewer meetings, and less time lost translating requirements between departments.
How we think about the work
A business doesn’t need a developer. It needs someone who understands what’s actually broken.
That’s the principle the studio is built on. Before we write any code, we want to understand what the site needs to achieve — more enquiries, fewer support calls, a booking process that doesn’t lose people halfway through. The technology is a means to that, not the point of it.
It also means we’ll sometimes tell you that you need less than you think. If a five-page site would serve you better than the twenty-page one you asked about, we’ll say so. We’d rather build the right thing and keep the relationship than build the expensive thing once.

Our process
Discovery
We start by understanding your business — what you sell, who buys it, and what the website actually needs to achieve. Usually one call, thirty minutes. By the end of it we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit for the project.
Design
You see the full design before a single line of code is written. We share it, you tell us what's working and what isn't, and we revise until it's right. No surprises at the end.
Development
We build the site, test it across browsers and devices, and send you a written update every week. You'll always know where the project stands without having to ask.
Delivery
The site goes live and you get everything — all files, all credentials, full ownership. We walk your team through managing it, and we're available afterwards if you need us.

We’re a small, focused team, and that is the point. A client isn’t passed between departments or handed to whoever is free. You work with the people who know your project. Jyoti Kumari, our CEO, runs the client relationship from the first conversation through to a delivered site or app, so there’s always one person who has the whole picture.
