Who we are
NymBiTe is a focused website and web application development company. We plan business websites, useful web tools and ongoing care around what each business needs.
We start by understanding the audience, the task and what is getting in the way. You work directly with the people planning and building the website or application, with the scope and responsibilities set out in writing.
The right solution might be a straightforward website, a content system, a booking flow or a custom application. We keep the build proportionate to the job and plan the handover and support before launch.

How we think about the work
A business doesn’t need a developer. It needs someone who understands what’s actually broken.
That’s the principle the studio is built on. Before we write any code, we want to understand what the site needs to achieve — more enquiries, fewer support calls, a booking process that doesn’t lose people halfway through. The technology is a means to that, not the point of it.
It also means we’ll sometimes tell you that you need less than you think. If a five-page site would serve you better than the twenty-page one you asked about, we’ll say so. We’d rather build the right thing and keep the relationship than build the expensive thing once.

Complete agreed post-launch support, then continue with optional Website Care and separately scoped improvements.

NymBiTe is a website and application development company, built to solve real problems properly. We work with businesses in India and internationally, from initial planning through launch and optional Website Care.
A project should have a clear scope, practical decisions and a useful handover. We discuss the business problem first, then agree what should be built and how it will be supported.

Before we begin
A few useful answers.
How is the project scoped?
We discuss the business problem, audience, pages and functionality, then put deliverables, exclusions, review rounds, timeline and costs in a proposal. Additional work is agreed separately.
Who owns the website after launch?
Ownership, source files, access and handover are set out in the project agreement. Your domain and hosting can remain in your accounts. Third-party tools keep their own licensing terms.
Can you work with our hosting and domain provider?
We review your current setup first. If it supports the proposed build, we can plan around it. Any migration or additional hosting cost is discussed before work starts.
Can we update content ourselves?
Yes, when content editing is part of the agreed scope. We can use a CMS for your pages, posts or other content and include an editing walkthrough at handover.
What happens after launch?
We verify the agreed launch checklist and hand over access and guidance. The proposal defines the initial support period; an optional Website Care Plan can cover routine upkeep afterwards.
