Direct Engineering Team • Zero Layers
The people who’ll
actually build your site
Our Philosophy
Why we're small on purpose
Most agencies grow by adding layers. Account managers to handle clients, project coordinators to manage timelines, team leads to manage coordinators. Each layer makes sense internally and costs the client speed.
We’ve kept the team small deliberately. It means fewer meetings, faster decisions, and a website live sooner, without the account-manager layers that slow larger agencies down.
It also means when you ask a question about your project, you’re talking to someone who can answer it rather than someone who’ll find out and get back to you.

How we work together
How we work together
Projects run through a small, consistent group. Jyoti owns the client relationship, Vipin handles brand and visuals, and engineering builds — with the person you spoke to first staying involved throughout.
There’s no handover between departments, no brief passed to someone who wasn’t in the original conversation, and no point where your project becomes a ticket in someone else’s queue.
Discovery
Owner: Jyoti & BDWe work out what's actually going wrong — not just what someone thinks they need — and set a clear scope before anything is quoted.
Design
Owner: VipinLogos, brand identity, and interface visuals so the business looks established and the site feels on-brand.
Development
Owner: EngineeringFront-end, apps, and product work shipped with readable code, reviews, and real device testing.
Launch
Owner: Entire teamTesting, final revisions, go-live, and full handover of files and access — one team throughout.
What that means in practice
What that means in practice
Scope locked. Weekly update going out today — checkout flow is in review.
Direct access from call 1
You'll speak to the same people from first call to launch. Your team gets guided engineering support, not guesswork.
Real answers, zero delays
Questions get answered by someone who actually knows the project rather than someone checking notes and getting back to you later.
Same-day decisions
And when something needs a decision, it happens the same day rather than waiting for another internal meeting.
A website live sooner
Fewer meetings and faster decisions mean timelines stay realistic — without the account-manager layers that slow larger agencies down.
Zero handover gaps
No brief passed to someone who wasn't in the original call, and no point where your project becomes a ticket in a queue.
