Why we're small on purpose
Most agencies grow by adding layers. Account managers to handle clients, project coordinators to manage timelines, team leads to manage coordinators. Each layer makes sense internally and costs the client speed.
We’ve kept the team small deliberately. It means fewer meetings, faster decisions, and a website live sooner, without the account-manager layers that slow larger agencies down.
